Shocking Tea Investigation बहुत से लोगों की दिन की शुरुआत ही चाय से होती है। सुबह बिस्तर से तभी उठेंगे, जब चाय सिरहाने पर आकर रख दी जाएगी। चाय का कप खाली होने के बाद ही उनके कदम जमीन पर पड़ेंगे। कई ऐसे भी हैं, जिन्हें दिनभर में कई बार चाय चाहिए। दफ्तर में हैं तो बार-बार ब्रेक लेकर चाय पीने के लिए बाहर जाएंगे और ठेले या दुकान की चाय पीएंगे। मगर यूपी पुलिस की मानें तो ये चाय आपको ताजगी कम और कैंसर जैसी घातक बीमारी ज्यादा दे रही है।

  • Shocking Tea Investigation उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस की स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स यानी एसटीएफ ने कुछ लोगों को पकड़ा और उनसे पूछताछ की तो चौंकाने वाले खुलासे सामने आए। एसटीएफ टीम ने बताया कि उन्होंने मोहम्मद जैद, तबरेज और दाउद को गिरफ्तार किया और उनसे पूछताछ की तो पता चला कि वे नकली चायपत्ती बनाते हैं। यह चायपत्ती ऐसी होती है कि पांच-छह दिन बाद इसमें कीड़े लगने शुरू हो जाते थे, इसलिए वे घर में इस्तेमाल करने वालों को नहीं बेचते थे, क्योंकि इससे पोल खुलने का डर था।

  • Shocking Tea Investigation उत्तर प्रदेश स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स के सर्कल ऑफिसर दीपक सिंह के अनुसार, ये चायपत्ती वे दुकान और ठेले वालों को ही बेचते थे, क्योंकि वहां रोज चाय की खपत हो जाती थी, मगर ये चायपत्ती असल में चायपत्ती नहीं होकर लकड़ी के बुरादे, खतरनाक रसायन, खतरनाक और जहरीले पौधों की पत्तियां तथा कुछ अन्य चीजों का मिश्रण होता था। ये ऐसी चीजें हैं, जिनके बारे में पुलिस भी नहीं समझ पा रही कि आखिर ये है क्या बला। इसकी जांच के लिए पौधों की पत्तियों को गवर्नमेंट लैब भेजा गया है। वहां से रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही इसके बारे में बताया जा सकता है।

  • Shocking Tea Investigation दीपक सिंह के मुताबिक, जब इन तीनों के बताए पते पर छापा मारा गया तो करीब चार सौ किलो नकली चायपत्ती और लगभग इतनी ही मात्रा में खतरनाक रसायन मिले हैं। इन्हें बेचने के जो सेल्समैन रखे गए थे, वे सिर्फ दुकान और ठेले वालों को ही बेचते थे, क्योंकि इस नकली चायपत्ती को अगर एक हफ्ते के लिए रख दिया जाए, तो इसमें कीड़े लग जाते थे। ऐसे में घरों में ये चाय पहुंचती तो दिक्कत हो सकती थी।
