Types of Laughter इंसान ही ऐसा जानवर है जो हंस सकता है. लेकिन क्या हंसी (Laughter) भी कई प्रकार की होती है… दबी सी हंसी, खीस हंसी, खिलखिलाकर हंसना, मुंह दबाकर हंसना, ठहाके मार कर हंसना, हंसी के प्रकार हो सकते हैं…  लेकिन इसके अलावा एक वर्गीकरण और भी है जिसमें हंसी के कारण, स्थान परिस्थिति आदि कारकों को भी शामिल किया गया है. आइए हंसी के इन प्रकारों को नाम शिष्टाचार, मानवीय हावभाव, हंसी के असर आदि अलग अलग आधार पर दिए गए हैं. आइए जानते हैं कि हंसी के कितने प्रकार होते हैं

शिष्टाचार की हंसी (Etiquette Laughter)

  • Types of Laughter सबसे औपचारिक (Formal हंसी होती है. इस हंसी में सबसे ज्यादा नियंत्रण होता है. यह हंसी औपचारिक मौकों पर देखने को मिलती है. जैसे ऑफिस में या बाहर बॉस के सामने, या फिर अति सम्मानित व्यक्ति के सामने जिससे हमें बहुत शिष्टता से पेश आने की जरूरत है. इसके अलावा एक बेचैनी हंसी या नर्वस हंसी (Nervous Laughter) भी नियंत्रित हंसी कही जा सकती है. यह अपने सम्मान को बचाने, खुद को तनाव में ना दिखाने के लिए या फिर शर्मिंदगी को बचाने की कोशिश में देखने को मिलती है. इसे नकली हंसी भीमाना जाता है.
  • Types of Laughter कई बार देखने में आता है कि जब दोस्तों के बीच हंसी के माहौल में जब भी कोई एक व्यक्ति हंसता है तो उसके साथ दूसरा व्यक्ति भी हंसने लगता है. इस हंसी (Laughter) को संक्रमण की हंसी (Contagious Laughter) कहा जाता है. यह संक्रामक रोग की तरह फैलने वाली हंसी होती है. हंसी का माहौल इसी तरह की हंसी के लिए कहा जाता है. यह हंसी उबासी (Yawning) की ही तरह फैलती है.

  • Types of Laughter सबसे ईमानदार हंसी कहलाती है. इसमें खास बात यह होती है कि आप जोर से यानि खुल कर हंसते हैं और देर तक हंसते हैं. यहां तक की हंसते हंसते पेट मे दर्द होने लगता है इसलिए आप अपना पेट पकड़ लेते हैं. इसी लिए इसे पेट पकड़कर हंसना या बेली लाफ्टर नाम दिया है. एक ईमानदारी वाली हंसी और होती है जो खिलखिला कर हंसने वाली श्रेणी में आती है. इसे कैन्ड लाफ्टर (Canned Laughter) कहते हैं. ऐसी हंसी हमें कॉमेडी शो के साउंड ट्रैक में सुनाई देती है जो उसकी विशेष पहचान होती है. वैसे तो हंसी अपने आप में तनाव से मुक्ति देने वाली होती है. लेकिन अचानक खिलखिला कर फूटने वाली हंसी को तनाव से मुक्ति देने वाली हंसी (Stress Relieving Laughter) कहते हैं.

  • Types of Laughter जैसा की नाम से ही जाहिर है कि इस हंसी में आवाज (Sound) नहीं होती है. इस तरह की हंसी को कला के तौर पर भी लिया जाता है. फिल्मी या टीवी कलाकारों (खासतौर से जोकरों) में इस तरह की हंसी ज्यादा देखने को मिलती है. इसमें खुलकर हंसा जाता है, लेकिन जोर से हंसने की आवाज नहीं निकलती है. वहीं अगर मुंह बंद कर हंसा जाए तो कबूतर वाली हंसी (Pigeon Laughter) हो जाएगी. इसमें ऐसा लगता है कि कबूतर या फिर मधुमक्खी के भिनभिनाने की आवाज आती लगती है. दोनों तरह की हंसी लाफ्टर थेरेपी में उपयोग किया जाता है..
