Marshal School Journey आज बात एक युवा प्रदेश की करते हैं एक ऐसे राज्य की जो देश की शिक्षिक राजधानी है जहाँ आध्यत्मिकता और कुदरत की खूबसूरती का अद्भुत समागम है।  एक पहाड़ी राज्य है जो आंदोलन की आग से जन्मा है।  सैकड़ों कुर्बानियां , अनगिनत धरना , आंदोलन और जन रैलियों की गवाह है देवभूमि उत्तराखंड ….  इसी राज्य में उच्च गुणवत्ता और बेहतरीन शिक्षा का एक ऐसा केंद्र है जिसकी शोहरत उसके हज़ारों कामयाब स्टूडेंट्स दुनियाभर में फैला रहे हैं। हम बात कर रहे हैं प्रतिष्ठित मार्शल स्कूल की जो देहरादून में आज भी उसी परम्परा को आगे बढ़ा रहा है। मार्शल स्कूल के मौजूदा प्रिंसिपल और मशहूर पत्रकार रजनीश जुयाल ने 22 वीं राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर प्रदेश के ज्वलंत मुद्दों और सम सामायिक विषयों पर बड़ी बेबाकी और साफगोई से सवालों के जवाब दिए हैं।

सवाल – देहरादून में कई नामचीन स्कूल हैं लेकिन मार्शल स्कूल का एक गौरवशाली अतीत रहा है , आज किस मुकाम पर खड़ा है मार्शल स्कूल ? 

Marshal School Journey रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल – देखिये मार्शल स्कूल का उत्तराखंड में ही नहीं पूरे देश विदेश में नाम है। आज मार्शल स्कूल को 57 वर्ष हो गए हैं। हमारे स्कूल में पहले रेज़िडेंशल कल्चर रहा है और दुनिया भर से बच्चे शिक्षा लेने आते हैं। नेपाल , यूपी , बिहार , दुबई  ,बांग्लादेश … इतना ही नहीं कामयाब एलुमनाई की लम्बी संख्या है जो अलग अलग फील्ड में टॉप पर हैं। आज जो  जानी मानी हस्तियां है जिसके बारे में सभी लोग जानते है । जैसे अली अब्बास जफर हैं, जो डायरेक्टर है , टाइगर जिंदा है जैसी फिल्मो के , साथ साथ मधुरिमा तुली जी हैं , लावण्या त्रिपाठी का नाम भी आज मशहूर है । अनेकों आईएएस ऑफिसर , आईपीएस ऑफिसर , है जैसे साकेत बडोला हैं  जो आईएफएस ऑफिसर है । बिजनेस में भी बहुत सारे कामयाब नाम है जो नेपाल में है। उसके अतिरिक्त फैशन हो कोई भी क्षेत्र हो  , सब जगह मार्शल स्कूल के बच्चों ने अपनी पहचान बनाई है। और जब वह कहते हैं तो मार्शल स्कूल नहीं कहते मार्शल परिवार कहते हैं। दुनिया में कहीं पर भी मार्शल स्कूल का बच्चा होगा , उन बच्चों के परिवार में  कोई भी परेशानी होती है तो हम बढ़-चढ़कर मदद करते हैं। हमारा जुड़ाव हमेशा ताज़ा और सम्पर्क बना रहता है।

Marshal School Journey मार्शल स्कूल की नींव कैसे पड़ी और ये कारवां कैसे शुरू हुआ ? 
 
रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल – बेसिकली जो मार्शल स्कूल शुरू हुआ था। वह 5 बच्चों से शुरू हुआ था। और उसको स्वर्गीय एफआर  मार्शल जो हमारे फादर मित्र रहे है , उन्होंने शुरू किया था । और मिस्टर मार्शल थे तो विदेशी  वो भारतीय हो गए थे । वह पहले वेल्हम स्कूल में प्रिंसिपल रहे है और फिर यह स्कूल किराए की जगह से शुरू हुआ था जिसका किराया उन दिनों में  1200 रुपया था। उसके पश्चात स्कूल बढ़ता गया और कारवां बढ़ता रहा । उसी बीच कुछ लोग उनको परेशान कर रहे थे । तो उन्होंने हमारे फादर स्वर्गीय जीसी जुयाल जी को बताया । हमारे फादर शिक्षाविद तो थे लेकिन उससे पहले पत्रकार थे।  तो देहरादून में ही नहीं लखनऊ ,  दिल्ली और बॉम्बे है हर जगह बहुत काम किया पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में और उनके साथ के जो  तत्कालीन लोग रहे हैं जैसे अरुण शौरी , प्रभु चावला जिनसे मैं खुद मिला भी हूँ पर्सनली क्योंकि एक जनरेशन गैप है तो स्वर्गीय अटल जी से पोलिटिकल बीत होने की वजह से मुलाकात होती रहती थी। हमारा अपना न्यूज पेपर भी रहा है द कमेंटेटर जिसको अब हम दोबारा शुरू करेंगे। तो लिखना पढ़ना हमारे घर में रहा है । हमारे अंकल है डॉक्टर श्रीश  जुयाल , वो कनाडा में जाकर मेयर का एक्शन लड़े और उनकी कई किताबें लिखी हुई है वो यूएन में कोफ़ी अन्नान के सलाहकार भी रहे हैं।


Marshal School Journey सवाल – शिक्षा के लिए मशहूर देहरादून में आज क्या चुनौतियां आप जैसे शिक्षाविद महसूस करते हैं ?

रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल –  शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में करने के लिए बहुत कुछ है उत्तराखंड में , लेकिन दुर्भाग्य यह है कि जब उत्तराखंड उत्तर प्रदेश से अलग हुआ 2000 में तो यहां का एक जो अच्छा वातावरण था देहरादून मसूरी नैनीताल देश-विदेश से बच्चे आते थे और सबसे ज्यादा बच्चे उत्तर प्रदेश से आते थे। लेकिन फिर बाहर के प्रदेशों से बच्चे कम आने लगे फिर कुछ चीजें भी समझिये कि यहां पर सरकार का कोई सहयोग नहीं रहा है। भाजपा सरकार को ही नहीं कहेंगे कांग्रेस सरकार को भी कहेंगे जो नेता थे वो अपनी चीजों में लगे थे , अपनी तरक्की में लगे हुए थे। अब तरक्की किस प्रकार की हुई है  हम नहीं कहते लेकिन जनता की तरक्की ना करते हुए उन्होंने अपनी अच्छी तरक्की की है जो आज देखने को मिल भी रहा है। कुछ हाल फिलहाल में स्कूलों में कुछ बच्चों की डेथ हुई जैसे नैनीताल में हो गई  देहरादून में हो गई कुछ का रेप भी  हो गया । तो इस वजह से देहरादून के बाहर एक मैसेज जा रहा है कि उत्तराखंड में स्कूल स्कूली शिक्षा के जो लोग है ज्यादातर तो प्रॉपर्टी डीलर या फिर ट्रांसपोर्ट के काम करते थे वो स्कूल चला रहे है। अब ऐसे में जब शिक्षा भी बिजनेस के रूप में चलेगा तो आपको उसका स्टैंडर्ड खुद ही पता चल जाएगा। क्योंकि बिजनेसमैन लोगों का काम है पैसा कमाना और जो हमारा स्कूल है , हम तो शांति निकेतन के रूप में काम करते हैं। हमारे यहां  250 से 300 तो पेड़ ही लगे हुए है । बच्चों में हम संस्कार और देश प्रेम के साथ वैल्यू ,  चरित्र निर्माण को तराशते हैं।

एक सामाजिक चिंतक के तौर पर मौजूदा धामी सरकार के कामकाज पर आपकी क्या बेबाक राय है ? 
रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल –  आज की बात करूँ तो उत्तराखंड में मुख्यमंत्री धामी जी युवा है उनसे लोगों को  काफी उम्मीद है। उनके अपने बच्चे भी इंग्लिश मीडियम में ही पढ़ रहे हैं दरअसल होना यह चाहिए कि जब बीते 2 साल के कोरोना काल में कई बिजनेस खत्म हो गए ,  लोग सड़कों पर आ गए , कई टीचर्स की डेथ हो गई खासकर प्राइवेट स्कूल में , उत्तराखंड सरकार और  मंत्री यह भी नहीं कर सके कि जाकर उनके आंसू पोंछते , यह देखे की शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में जो टीचर लगे हुए हैं , शिक्षाविद है इनको क्या परेशानी है ? करोड़ों रुपया आया बाहर से कहां गया पता नहीं चला है। हमारे स्कूल में किसी की डेथ नहीं हुई भगवान की कृपा से सब ठीक था। उत्तराखंड 28  राज्य में सेकंड नंबर पर था । जिसमें सबसे ज्यादा  मौत हुई और वजह ये थी कि  हमारे पास हेल्थ मिनिस्टर ही  नही था । सर्वेसर्वा एक ऐसा  व्यक्ति था जिनके पास हेल्थ भी था ,  मुख्यमंत्री का भी पद था  , कई विभाग थे, मैं तो मैनेजमेंट का स्टूडेंट था कि कैसे ये संकट मैनेजमेंट हो सकता है। मैं खुद राजनीति का भी छात्र रहा हूँ। देश के कई अख़बारों में आर्टिकल्स और न्यूज़ आते रहे हैं मेरे  , 1992 से बड़े अख़बारों में लिख रहा हूँ और वकालत भी कर रखी है। मेरा सिर्फ ये कहना है कि धामी जी और महामहिम राज्यपाल को मैंने ट्विटर के माध्यम से लिखा , और मेरा ये प्रयास रहा है कि देहरादून में आज वाकई में शिक्षा क्षेत्र की क्या चुनौतियाँ है ? शिक्षाविदों की क्या समस्याएं और सुझाव हैं उन्हें बुलाकर उनसे जो परेशानियां हैं उनके बारे में बात नही की जाती है। अब आगे हम मिलकर सही  समय और मंच पर ये बात भी उठायेंगे।

 सवाल – पृथक निर्माण के बाद क्या उत्तराखंड आज अपने मूल उद्देश्य को पा चुका है ? 
रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल –  एक सामाजिक चिंतक और पत्रकार होने के नाते मैं इस मुद्दे को काफी समय  से उठाते आया हूँ कि  उत्तराखंड बना किसलिए था। उत्तराखंड बना था उत्तराखंड के बच्चों के लिए  , 22 साल हो गए आज …. उत्तराखंड जो एक बच्चा रुपी पैदा हुआ था 2000 में अब वो 22 साल का हो गया है , शादी योग्य  उत्तराखंड हो गया है … इसलिए उसमे जो योग्यता होनी चाहिए थी दुर्भाग्य की बात ये है कि वो शादी की 22 साल उम्र होने पर भी आज वो योग्यता नहीं मिल सकी है। अगर जो हमारे बच्चे पहाड़ से कुमाऊं से गढ़वाल से देहरादून से जो अच्छे घरों से है किन्हीं कारणों से वो फीस देने में असमर्थ है उनके लिए बहुत कुछ करना चाहिए था आज भी सरकारी ज़मीनों पर जो बड़े बड़े स्कूल खड़े है उनको बच्चो को फीस में छूट देकर आगे बढ़ाना चाहिए। लेकिन दुःख की बात है कि इस दिशा में हमारी सरकार क्यों कुछ नहीं कर रही है आज 22 साल बाद भी ये एक सोचने की बात है ।

 सवाल – उत्तराखंड में ड्रग्स एक बड़ी समस्या है , इसमें आप क्या सुझाव देंगे ?

रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल –  आज ड्रग्स ज़रूर एक बड़ी प्रॉब्लम है देहरादून में , लेकिन स्कूलों में इतना ज्यादा संकट नहीं है जितना प्राइवेट , इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज ,  मेडिकल कॉलेज में दिखाई देती है। असल बात ये है कि वहां के बच्चो के पास पैसा बहुत है और उनपर कोई कंट्रोल नही है। जो प्राइवेट हॉस्टल , पेइंग गेस्ट हाउस हैं वहां समस्या ज्यादा है। मैंने पहले ही कहा था कि मैं पत्रकारिता से भी जुड़ा हुआ हूं। जब पैसा आता है उसकी गोवर्नेस नही होती है। आज जो भी पेरेंट है वो  जागरूक होकर काम करे। अपने आपको बच्चों से दोस्त बनकर बात करे …. ये देखने में आया है की बच्चे ड्रग्स , शराब या सिगरेट की लत पर होते है जिनके पेरेंट्स अपने बच्चो के लिए समय नहीं देते । मेरे गुरु है के जी सुरेश जी वो मेरे दोस्त भी है मैं 25 साल से उनको जानता हूं। वो अक्सर कहते हैं कि आप मेहनत और कर्तव्य कीजिये आपके पीछे शोहरत भी आएगी , दौलत भी आएगी और सब कुछ आएगा। मतलब शिक्षा और अपने कैरेक्टर  को इतना ओपन कीजिए की आपको मुकाम मिल जाये । हाँ आज स्थिति इतनी खराब भी नही है उत्तराखंड की …  उत्तराखंड पुलिस है ख़ास कर डीजीपी अशोक कुमार वो कोशिशें भी कर रहे है।जन जागरूकता हो रही है और उसका असर भी दिखाई दे रहा है।

सवाल – उत्तराखंड की राजनीति से कितने संतुष्ट हैं ? 
रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल – अगर बात राजनीति की करें तो राजनीति का तो अभी बहुत गंदा माहौल दिखाई देता है। कोई भला व्यक्ति राजनीति करना ही नहीं चाहता है । उत्तराखंड के राजनीति से दुखी  इसलिए हूँ क्योंकि जब उत्तराखंड बना था 9 नवंबर 2000 में तो  हमने सोचा था विकास होगा आगे बढ़ेंगे , शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में यहां और अच्छा हो अगर एन डी तिवारी जी का कार्यकाल छोड़ दें तो विजय बहुगुणा ,  कुछ हद तक हरीश रावत जी का और डॉक्टर रमेश पोखरियाल का दौर बेहतर रहा है क्योंकि वो यूपी में भी काम करते रहे है और वो लोगों को इज्जत भी देते हैं।आज तो ज्यादातर नेता बहुत बदमिज़ाज़ है उनको तमीज ही नही है बात करने की। मैं पिछले  5 – 6 साल से मुख्यमंत्री निवास गया ही नहीं हूं। मेरा जाने का मन ही नहीं करता। क्यो की वहा इतनी सिक्योरिटी वॉल में रहते है कि शायद उसको और ज्यादा सुरक्षा की जरूरत है , और मेरा वैसे कोई काम पड़ता भी नहीं है।  हां राजनीति में मेरा शुरू से ही बचपन से ही रुझान कांग्रेस की तरफ रहा है। क्योंकि पापा के साथ हम बचपन से ही कार्यक्रमों में जाते थे।  सोनिया गांधी जी से भी मिला हूं दिल्ली में … दिल्ली की तरफ ज्यादा रुझान रहा है हमारा।  उस वक्त के नेता अलग थे , राजेश पायलट जी ने एक बार बोला था मुझसे की राजनीति गंदी है लेकिन कोई ना कोई आदमी चाहिए सफाई करने के लिए लेकिन आप कितना साफ करेंगे साफ करते करते एक दिन खुद ही गंदे हो जायेंगे ।

सवाल – मुख्यमंत्री धामी के विजन 2025 पर आपकी क्या राय है ? 
 रजनीश जुयाल , प्रिंसिपल –  देखिए धामी जी युवा है और युवा सपने अच्छे देखते हैं। अगर वह सपना देख रहे हैं तो वो जरूर पूरा भी होगा। मगर उससे पहले उनको यह चाहिए कि जो यहां पर 1 करोड़ 25 लाख की जनता है वो उनके  साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चले। केवल अपने ही जो उनके अपने खासमखास हैं और उनके  एडवाइजर है उन्हीं के ऐडवाइज पर न चले , क्षेत्र में आकर काम करें। आपको  यहां पर एक चीज बताना ज़रूरी है कि  जब धामी जी कोश्यारी जी के साथ थे तो मैं उस वक्त सोनिया गांधी जी से मिलकर आया था । तो एक बार फोन पर बात हुई थी उन्होंने कहा था विचारों में मतभेद होना चाहिए मनभेद नहीं होना चाहिए। आज धामी जी  काम तो अच्छा कर रहे हैं लेकिन उत्तराखंड में कब मुख्यमंत्री बदल जाए कुछ कह नहीं सकते । जैसे लोगों की टोपी बदलती  है यहां पर मुख्यमंत्री बदलता है। हम तो चाहेंगे धामी जी पूरे 5 साल काम करें और अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं , सोच अच्छी है , मोदी जी का साथ है और उत्तराखंड की जनता का साथ है। भले ही मैं उनकी पार्टी में नहीं हूं लेकिन वह काम अच्छा कर रहे। कांग्रेस एक बहुत अच्छी पार्टी है इसलिए हाल फिलहाल में जिस तरह से राहुल गांधी जी भारत जोड़ो यात्रा कर रहे हैं वो शानदार है। कांग्रेस आज देश की जरूरत है उत्तराखंड में भी कांग्रेस पार्टी सशक्त होगी। प्रदेश में करन माहरा जी अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं। हरीश रावत जी भी अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं। प्रीतम सिंह जी भी अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं…  कांग्रेस के लिए तो मैं पॉलिटिक्स स्टूडेंट हूं , राइटर , जर्नलिस्ट हूँ इस आधार पर यही कहूंगा कि जैसे  फूलों का गुलदस्ता होता है उसके अंदर आपको लाल लाल ,  पीले पीले फूलों को रखें या दूसरे में एक गुलदस्ता ऐसा होता है जिसमें आपको हर रंग और रूप का फूल मिलता है और वह बड़ा अच्छा लगता है इसी तरह हमारा देश है प्रदेश है और पार्टी है। यहाँ बही का होना ज़रूरी है। आखिर में मैं  तो यही कहूंगा कि पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी को  मेरी शुभकामनाएं है। क्योंकि उनकी सोच बहुत अच्छी है । वो बहुत कुछ कर सकते हैं एजुकेशन की फील्ड में …  क्योंकि प्रदेश तो उनका भी है हमारा भी है। हर चीज में राजनीति नही होनी चाइए फिर वो चाहे शिक्षा हो या आने वाले कल का भविष्य …
