Congress On BJP अपर जिलाधिकारी शिवकुमार बर्निवाल को सौंपे ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि जिस प्रकार राहुल गांधी पर एक कथन जो उनका था ही नहीं उस पर दूसरे राज्य में आपराधिक मानहानि का वाद दायर कर गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर राहुल गांधी को असाधारण सज़ा जो मानहानि का मामले में सर्वाधिक दो साल है निर्धारित कर फिर उसे 30 दिनों तक स्थगित कर फिर 24 घण्टे के अंदर उस स्थगित सज़ा की बिना पर राहुल गांधी की लोकसभा सदस्यता समाप्त करने का काम किया गया यह एक पूरा षडयंत्र है जो अलोकतांत्रिक व अविवेकपूर्ण फैसला है।
