Blood Art banned चेन्नई के 20 साल के गणेशन की गर्लफ्रेंड का पिछले साल 10 दिसंबर को बर्थडे था। गणेशन अपनी गर्लफ्रेंड को कोई यूनीक गिफ्ट देना चाहता था,  इस दौरान उसके एक दोस्त ने उसे ‘ब्लड आर्ट’ के बारे में बताया। एक ऐसी पेटिंग जिसमें आप अपने खून से अपने किसी भी करीबी की तस्वीर बनवा सकते हैं। यहां पर गणेशन ने A4 साइज की पेटिंग बनवाने के लिए 5 मिली लीटर खून दिया। तमिलानाडु में गणेशन की तरह ही सैकड़ों मामले आए हैं, जिसमें लोग अपनों के लिए खून से पेंटिंग बनवा रहे हैं।

  • Blood Art banned चेन्नई में कई युवा ऐसे हैं जो अपने प्यार को जाहिर करने के लिए खून से बनीं उनकी पेंटिंग बनवा रहे हैं। जिससे वो अपने प्यार को साबित कर सकें। ब्लड आर्ट के जरीये लोग अपने प्रिय के साथ ही अपने करीबियों की भी ब्लड पेंटिग बनवाते आ रहे हैं। लेकिन अब तमिलनाडु सरकार ने आर्ट और पेटिंग के लिए ‘ब्लड आर्ट’ पर बैन लगा दिया है।

  • Blood Art banned 28 दिसंबर 2022 को तमिलनाडु के हेल्थ मिनिस्टर एमए सुब्रमण्यम चेन्नई में अचानक खून से पेंटिंग बनाने वाले एक स्टूडियो में पहुंचते हैं। यहां पर पेंटिंग के लिए रखे गए कई ब्लड की शीशियों और नीडिल्स को देखकर वह हैरान रह जाते हैं। उसी वक्त वो खून से पेंटिंग बनाने वाले स्टूडियो पर बैन लगाने का ऐलान कर देते हैं। मंत्री सुब्रमण्यम ने कहा कि कोई व्यक्ति या संस्था खून से पेंटिंग बनाते पाया जाता है तो उसके खिलाफ आपराधिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सुब्रमण्यम ने कहा, ‘ब्लड आर्ट दंडनीय है। ब्लड डोनेशन एक पवित्र कार्य है, लेकिन ऐसे उद्देश्यों के लिए खून निकालना मंजूर नहीं है। प्यार और स्नेह दिखाने के कई और तरीके भी हैं। इसमें ब्लड आर्ट को शामिल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।’

Blood Art banned राज्य सरकार ने इस बारें में कहा कि लोगों के स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये फैसला किया गया है। राज्य सरकार ने तमिलनाडु में पहले ही ओमिक्रॉन के बीएफ.5 वेरियंट की जानकारी दी थी। साथ ही इससे कई तरह की बीमारी फैलने की संभावना है। जिसमें हेपेटाइटिस बी, हेपेटाइटिस सी, HIV व कोविड जैसी गंभीर बीमारियां शामिल हैं।  बल्ड आर्ट यंगस्टर्स में काफी फेमस है, जिसमें आमतौर पर पेंटिंग के लिए 2 से 3 मिली ब्लड लिया जाता है।
