Assembly Session 22 उत्तराखंड विधान सभा का देहरादून में सत्र शुरू हो गया है। पहले दिन के पहले कुछ मिनटों में ही दिग्गज प्रतिपक्ष नेता और विपक्ष के सबसे अनुभवी विधायक पूर्व मंत्री यशपाल आर्य और प्रीतम सिंह ने प्रश्नकाल शुरु होते ही धामी सरकार पर तगड़ा पलटवार किया है।

  • नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने अध्यक्ष से मांग की कि, ‘‘कार्य सूची में देखने से पता चला है कि विधायक सुमित हृदयेश और विधायक मयूख महर के लोक निर्माण विभाग से संबधित दो प्रश्न स्थगित कर दिए है।’’उन्होंने कहा कि इन प्रश्नों को केन्द्रीय विषय होने के आधार पर निरस्त किया गया है। इसके लिए यह कारण बताया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि , अध्यक्ष सड़क और परिवहन केन्द्रीय सूची के विषय नहीं बल्कि समवर्ती सूची का विषय है मतलब ये कि सड़क के मामले में केन्द्र और सरकार की जिम्मेदारी होती है।
